what size for panties is a 32" waist?

okay I really need somebodies help here. im 20, petite and cannot find 'hipster' or 'boy short' panties that really fit me. the smallest i can ever find is woman's size 5 34"-36" waist. do they come any smaller? what size would that equal for girls panties? im sick of them being loose after just a few washes. websites where i can find them or size in girls will be helpful. thank you.
'boy shorts' and 'hipsters' are the only cuts im comfortable in.

34" waist in australia (think uk is same) is size 14, quite on the large size ... which is a size 10 in usa (apparently) but there are so many USA sizes, petite.. junior... ahhhhh.... only one sizing uk and aus.
are the panties actually measured in hip size?
U could try ebay and try uk/australia sizing and get a standard size 8 - 10 (which would fit 26 -28" waist). USA sizes seem to be bigger... if you buy from china (via ebay) they tend to have small sizing, everything i buy from china is on the small side, so worth a try, get one or two pairs and go from there.
Remember, the waist size the garments are made for won't be the actual size around the hips where they sit. ie, hipster jeans will say size 28" but be 30 or more at the 'waist' band because you get wider at hips.
